Architectural Digest’s March 2012 issue features the New York City home of designer Diane Von Furstenberg. Diane refers to this as her ‘tree house’, perched on top of her 35,000 sq.ft. design studio and flagship store located in the Meatpacking District. The prints and pattern mixing within her living space directly mimics those of her world renowned fashion designs. Many may refer to her home decor as eclectic glamour, however, Diane describes that this space is a clear reflection of her travels and milestone memories. The jewel of the apartment, literally, is the modern diamond-like structure made from steel and glass housing her fairytale sleeping space overlooking New York’s architectural icons.
