Architect Ricardo Bofill recently featured his amazing home & headquarters in Elle Decor magazine. Bofill was inspired when he found this abandoned cement factory in Spain, “The half-ruined structure was a magic box of wonderful, surreal elements,” he says. “The first, most difficult task was deciding what should be preserved, and what had to be destroyed.”
This is an amazing example of an adaptive reuse project, resulting in a stunning home and business office!
What do you think of Ricardo Bofill’s unique home? Would you ever consider an unconventional living space?
